Instructions for your visit

The Aqua Park runs scheduled sessions throughout the day, and pre-booking your session online is required to avoid disappointment, as we cannot guarantee that we will have availability on the day for walk in bookings.

Once you’ve booked your session, make sure you have completed the disclaimers online for all persons attending on the park, this avoids the ques and assists us in our aim to move to a paperless system.

We advise arriving at The Waterfront Karen 30/40minutes before your session time. It’s best to arrive splash ready, wearing a suitable swimming costume under your clothes or swim shorts, along with flip flops or sandals that are easy to slide on and off with wet feet. Don’t forget your beach towel too. If you are late and miss your session start time, you will miss your time on the park, so please don’t be late.

On arrival only the group leader should go to the reception, and present this e-ticket on their smartphone to collect your groups boarding passes. If a member of the group has not completed their attendance details in advance, they will be asked to complete them on arrival.
